Romantic meals for your anniversary:Mouth-Watering Stuffed Oysters!

| Ingredients: |
| 3 dozen oysters in the shell |
| 1 bunch of chopped shallots |
| 1/4 cup of diced onion |
| 1 tablespoon of parsley (preferably fresh) |
| 2 bay leaves |
| 1/2 teaspoon of celery salt |
| 6 drops of Tabasco sauce |
| 6 tablespoons of melted butter |
| 1/2 cups of bread crumbs |
| 1 and 1/2 cups of freshly grated Parmesan cheese |

| Directions: |
| Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. While the oven is preheating shuck the oysters and drain them. Line up the oysters in a shallow baking pan. Mix the onion with seasonings and sauté the mixture in butter for 5 minutes. Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the breadcrumbs. Spread the mixture over the oysters, then sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Bake them for 10 to 15 minutes, or when the mixture turns brown and bubbly. |
